I carry a box of material with me when I travel. I always have a sketchbook on hand. Making work is not an option for me, I have to do it so I carry minimal materials with me and when I feel connected a body of work will make itself apparent through that relentless pursuit.

This body of collage came after a summit hike, damp and cold, that finished in a cloud. It connected me to the natural world in a way that was simultaneously invigorating and calming.
